We want you to love your sustainable hosiery, but if you are not satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on stockings that have not been opened or tried on.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the stockings are in their original, unopened sleeves and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking codes are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
